Our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. 
If you wish to order an item and need it within a certain time frame please get in touch and I will happily accommodate where possible.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class with proof of postage. 
Should an item be lost or damaged in the Royal Mail process, a Royal Mail “Making a Claim” application should be made by the buyer. 
No refunds will be given for items lost or damaged in the post.
Postage is charged at £3.50 per order.
Please take care of your items and wash on a low heat - please do not tumble dry or dry on a radiator.
Please iron all items inside out.
                                            Returns & Refunds

Our items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. We are happy to accept returns of non-personalised items in an unworn condition within 14 days of receipt for an Exchange or Store Credit. 

Return postal charges will be the buyers responsibility. Your exchange or credit will be processed once we have received the item and have ensured that it is still in perfect condition.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for sizing issues on personalised or custom items. Please refer to a sizing guide before ordering or please get in touch for sizing information. Refunds/ exchanges or returns will not be accepted if an item has been worn or washed.

Please note that you may find some uneven tone or flecks of white on the dyed item. This is due to the dying technique and material. You may find that some batches vary in colour slightly, but this adds to the handmade nature of each item and makes them unique.
