Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class postage with proof of postage. 

Should an item be lost in the Royal Mail process, a Royal Mail “Making a Claim” application should be made by the buyer.  No refunds will be given for items lost in the post.

Items are charged between £2.95 and £3.55, depending on size and weight.

Turnaround for orders is up to three weeks. If you haven't received anything 4 weeks after your order, please get in touch at sophiaandthefox@hotmail.com.
